1. Experienced in real estate sales (UAE experience is great, but not required)
2. Strong sales attitude with a proven ability to close deals
3. Independent, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
4. Professional, reliable, and ready to grow with a serious company
5. Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills

1. Handle daily leads from portals like Property Finder, Dubizzle, Bayut, and company campaigns
2. Perform quick and consistent follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
3. Qualify leads and understand client needs to match with suitable properties
4. Schedule and conduct property viewings and virtual tours
5. Maintain and update listings on real estate portals accurately and attractively
6. Negotiate offers and close deals with a focus on both speed and service quality
7. Coordinate with landlords, developers, and clients to ensure smooth transactions
8. Build long-term client relationships through excellent service and follow-up
9. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
10. Stay informed about market trends, prices, and competitive listings
11. Work closely with the marketing team to give feedback on ad performance and market demand

1. High commission: 50% – 70%
